Honoring the Sacrifice Foundation

Here at CCF, we’re always looking to support charitable initiatives in line with our company and family values – and Honoring the Sacrifice Foundation is just such an organization. Honoring the Sacrifice was created in 2013 by wounded U.S. Army Sgt. Andrew Smith and his wife Tori, who have been our guests at the past two Annual CCF Golf Classic tournaments, and will be joining us again this year.

Honoring the Sacrifice Foundation provides assistance and support to meet the unique and specific needs of post 9/11, Purple Heart recipients and their families. Some of the recipients of support are severely injured men and women and their immediate families, whose injuries were incurred while in service to our country.

Earlier this month, the CCF Board of Directors gifted a $5,000 grant to Honoring the Sacrifice Foundation, as a table sponsorship for their Third Annual American Heroes Dinner on July 15 in Chattanooga, TN. Some of our Carrington Associates from the Nashville office were in attendance.

“It was an honor to attend the Heroes Dinner and to represent Carrington,” said Staci Ann Thompson, Executive Assistant, Carrington Mortgage Services. “The motto of Honoring the Sacrifice is ‘Serving Those Who Served,’ and throughout the evening it was apparent the organization truly does assist and serve those who have served in the military.”
