The first Carrington House in Oceanside, California is located near the Camp Pendleton Marine Corps Base in San Diego. Donated by Bank of America, this home offers a wounded Veteran and his family a living situation suited for their unique needs. Renovated from the ground up, this home project took 75 days to complete and welcomed the Holmes family in June 2014.

• Wheelchair access throughout, including hardwood flooring installation and widened doorways
• Widened driveway to allow wheelchair-accessible vehicle
• Retrofitted kitchen with cabinets, granite counter top, and sink lowering
• Touch-activated kitchen sink and shower
