Our Story

In 2003, Bruce Rose & Rosemary Rose founded The Carrington Companies. Soon, Carrington realized that creating successful businesses that encompass nearly all aspects of single family residential real estate transactions in the United States was not enough. Carrington was emboldened to do more, so Carrington Charitable Foundation was created to support nonprofit organizations and communities across the United States through causes that reflect the interests of Carrington leaders and employees, who are collectively known as our “Associates.”

Since its inception, The Carrington Companies have enjoyed extraordinary growth. That growth has also created opportunity for CCF to inspire even greater contributions from our Associates, donors and philanthropic partners to the causes that inspire us.

Our premiere charitable fundraising event is the Carrington Charitable Foundation Annual Golf Classic benefiting CCF’s signature programs: Carrington House, the Veterans Airlift Command and our Veteran Support Program − improving the lives of wounded heroes who have returned from service and who need support. These programs focus on helping our Veterans by providing Mobility, Stability, Purpose and Prosperity.

And CCF does much, much more. Throughout the year, we make it our mission to encourage and support our Associates through a wide variety of charitable endeavors, some of which are quite personal. Past initiatives include volunteering and supporting the Special Olympics, providing special grants to animal rescue and shelter organizations, launching initiatives to support such organizations as Autism Awareness and Cancer research support, raising monthly awareness for such causes as Breast Cancer, as well as providing ongoing volunteer support to soup kitchens and foodbanks in the communities around Carrington office locations across the Unites States.
